One blessing that has come from the pandemic, has been meeting and working out with Heather. Each of our workouts is different—Heather combines cardio, weight training and Yoga in unique and enjoyable ways. As for results--I don't get winded during brisk walks like I used to--and I can spend more time running around with my granddaughter without getting worn out. Best of all, my husband, a tennis pro, paid me his highest compliment when he said he can't believe how my game has improved!
